Molly has had career switches with one intention in mind, an equitable future for everyone. It started with her B.A. studying international relations and global justice and in understanding what that meant to her, she found community engagement. She has advocated for sustainability, diversity, and employment assistance for underserved communities.

She longed for a place like Meso where she was once the job-seeker trying to get a foot through the door to helping others seek jobs in the progressive space where they can do what they love continuously, without the burnout and the inequitable hurdles. As the background of Meso, she loves ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can do just that!
